The concluding part of my response to Kushimo

In conclusion, Training & Supports programs continues as planned under the Adult Resources Program of Adult in Scouting, and would be stewarded accordingly by the required Leaders erroneously documented in Chief Kushimo's letter until such time that; The World Organization of Scout Movement pronounces that Training & Support for Adult in Scouting is not an embedded part of the Life Cycle of Adult in Scouting under World Adult Resources Program.

I will strongly appeal to you as someone that reasons that; we should all toe the line of peace, while we pray for Peace, Love and Harmony to come into Nigeria Scouting through Reconciliations by ourselves, through WOSM or through Nigeria Court of Law. Trying to stand on people's way will create more problems for you than you will envisage, please do not under rate anyone's competencies because you see them in Scouting Uniform; this is a Voluntary Organization that people were not coerced to join, but they joined at their free will, you do not know who is who. Two programs were done peacefully without any concern, despite the fact that; at the two occasions, Police Authorities were deployed in some quarters to forestall the programs. "We should be ashamed with ourselves", for Scouts to be chasing Nigeria Police after a fellow Scout for doing the right thing" Have you ever sat down to think why the Police issue did not work??? Empty barrels make the loudest sound. The institution of The Constitution over any issue is supreme.

There is this saying in my language that: "Agba ma ntelejejeni"Meaning "Elders always thread with Cautions". Please for the sake of that: Young Boy, that Young Girl, that Adolescent and that Young Adult; l will like to advise you to let the Chief Scout Engineer Rufai and the Chief Commissioner; Rev. Fr. Amolegbe manage their grievances together for our success, like they have done it before. CS and CC must have had their own mistakes, let them manage it themselves, so as to move us forward. Stop doubling for everyone's function; just continue to pray for the peace and harmony of the Association. Let me submit with the word of the Chief Scout of the World that says: Scouting is about peace and Unity, that we should "leave this world better than we met it"; so that we can leave good legacy for our upcoming young ones.
Back to my question of: What is your Interest please?? If your interest is to see to the peaceful co-existence of Scouting in Nigeria and not to continue to cause miss-giving between the Chief Scout and the Chief Commissioner, please let us play the game according to the Rules and not by putting human face to the guiding principles of the Association.
Have you ever wondered why "Law sign" in Nigeria is having a beautiful lady that her face is covered? It is a symbol that Law is very beautiful if followed rightly, and it is blinded against any favoritism. The Sword shows that; Law is not a respecter of person and the book on the left hand shows that the game should be played according to the rule. Let us obey and respect all our Constitutions in all issues. Please, for the sake of that "boy and that girl", that we are supporting as Volunteers in Scouting, do not start what you cannot finish. Please do not destroy further what you cannot build in a day. Many thanks my brother,
